Your Tasks stay yours.

The short version

Flowly has no account system, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Faadu Tech ("we", "us") doesn't run a server for Flowly and never sees, collects, or stores the Tasks, Tags, or Statuses you enter. Everything you type stays in your own private iCloud account, or on your device alone if you don't use iCloud.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information to use Flowly. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account of any kind. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or any third-party tracking libraries — Flowly doesn't know who you are, and neither do we.

iCloud sync

Flowly stores your Tasks, Tags, and Statuses in your private CloudKit database, tied to the iCloud account you're already signed into on your device. That data is encrypted and transmitted by Apple under Apple's own privacy terms; Faadu Tech has no access to it and no ability to read, export, or recover it on your behalf. If you don't sign in to iCloud, Flowly still works fully — your data simply stays on that one device.

Reminders and notifications

When you type a date or time inline, Flowly schedules a local notification directly with Apple's notification system on your device. Reminder content is never sent to Faadu Tech or to any third party — scheduling happens entirely on-device.

Purchases

Flowly's one-time unlock is a standard in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Faadu Tech never receives your payment details; we only receive Apple's standard transaction confirmation, used solely to unlock the app on your devices.

Children's privacy

Flowly is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age — because Flowly doesn't collect personal information from anyone at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Flowly after a change means you accept the updated policy.
